Burning Beach Festival

FAQ

How can I buy tickets and what ticket categories do you offer?

There is only one official channel for purchasing tickets: our website at www.burningbeach.com. We offer GA tickets, including 1-day and 2-day passes, which grant you entry through the dedicated gate of Burning Beach Festival, allowing you to explore the festival and its dedicated areas freely. Additionally, we provide GA packages with seating options and VIP packages that include tables, couches, and daybeds (please check availability and prices on our TICKET section). For more information about packages, feel free to contact Mari Beach Club via email at sales@maribeachclub.com or on WhatsApp at +62 81337328260.

What should I bring with me?

As our festival venue is located on the stunning beach, we recommend you bring plenty of sunscreen and/or sun-protective clothing for each day as well as a raincoat in the case of a little shower. Although we will be providing lockers (a limited number), we recommend you avoid bringing anything highly valuable. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will not be permitted into the festival ground, as well as any outside food, aerosol cans and any sharp/flammable objects, fireworks or umbrellas. If you want to read further on all the items that will be prohibited on festival grounds, you can visit our Terms of Use Document. Above all, we want to make sure Burning Beach is a place where people feel welcome and encouraged to express their individuality and personal sense of style, so if you want to dress-up or add any exciting flare to your outfit, we’d love to see it!

What is the minimum age to attend the festival?

Burning Beach Festival is open to people of all ages! Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by their parent (please, contact the Organizers to know more requirement!), guardian or legal representative or they will be denied entry into the festival grounds. Children under the age of 12 can enter Burning Beach free of charge. Attendees under the age of 21 will be prohibited from purchasing alcoholic beverages within festival grounds, as per the Indonesian law. Proof of iD will be required for all ticket holders.

How can I pay on the spot for food or beverages?

We have put in place a cashless system for the festival. This branches across all food, beverage, merchandising and deposit or locker vendors. Upon entry, you will be given a wristband with a cashless chip on which you will be able to load funds with cash, debit card or credit card that you can use at any and all stores within the grounds

Can I enter the Festival multiple times?

You are allowed to re-enter the festival area with your wristband, but please ensure you use the designated gate for your ticket type (e.g., GA ticket holders should use the GA Gate). We have all the essentials provided inside the venue, so there’s usually no need to leave the festival grounds unless it’s an emergency

Am I allowed to bring my drone or camera?

Drones as well as professional video and audio recording equipment will be prohibited on festival grounds. This will include any detachable lenses, tripods, large zoom lenses and/or commercial use camera assembly equipment. Tripods, monopods and selfie-sticks are forbidden to carry into the festival, both for attendee safety as well as copyright infringement regulation.

What is the dress code for the festival?

We strive to make Burning Beach Festival a safe space where people can fully express their individuality and sense of self and we implore creativity when it comes to what you decide to dress in. With this in mind, please remember to respect Indonesian culture when deciding on your attire for the festival, so all participants feel completely comfortable and can focus on enjoying the full festival experience. Please note that the venue’s ground is made of natural stone with an irregular surface. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes to prevent possible ankle twists

Will I be able to park my motorbike or car at the venue?

Yes, but please remember that parking slots are limited and your late arrival may make it not available. We recommend you use taxi or go-jek option, to be dropped at the dedicated drop-off area, and avoid parking problems.
